This is event is for ceremonial purposes only, meant to support and encourage our homeschool students, families, and community.

Attire is semi-formal, formal, as this is a Grand Ball!

Schedule: 3pm- set up begins (volunteer list) 4pm- grad/ promotee rehearsal begins 5pm- graduation/ promotion ceremony begins 6pm- grand ball begins 8pm- good night, festivities end/ clean up (volunteer list)

Theme, "A Night with the Stars" hosted by Encouragers Homeschool Group Tickets for EHG members are $20 per graduate (Kindergarten only, includes cap/ tassel and gown and certificate provided)

$10 per promoting student to next grade level (certificate only provided, seniors included in this price if you choose to purchase your own cap/gown). Open to non -EHG members, tickets $25 per graduate (Kindergarten only, includes cap/ tassel and gown and certificate provided), $15 per promoting student to next grade level (certificate only provided, seniors included in this price if you choose to purchase your own cap/gown).

Parents, family members, guests are granted free admission only if registered RSVP at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets must be purchased in advance only, deadline for 50% deposit (or full payment) is Wednesday March 9th, 2016 only via PayPal to: ehgpayments@gmail.com

(PLEASE indicate # of guests in your party and # and names of Graduates or Promoting students in PayPal comments) Remainder of payment required deadline no later than Wednesday April 13th, 2016 via PayPal.

Photography session required for promoting student or graduate to be included in the event presentation, see dates in EHG events page to select from April 12 or April 20. Each family is required to sign up for the potluck reception of heavy appetizer, hors d'oeuvres, snacks, finger foods, beverages and desserts.
